Hello! Two guys and a girl are currently looking for someone to fill the fourth room of a pleasant house 2 mins from highfield campus, on church lane. The room is a good-sized single with furniture. The house is a detached with toilet and shower room, garden and is well maintained. Rent is £250 a month, bills not included.
