Hey Guys, We are a group of 4 second year girls, a nurse and 3 medics, who have got a 5 bedroom house on Tennyson road in Portswood. Its literally across the road from the Gordon arms and Waitrose and very close to all the bus stops! The rent is £71 pppw, plus bills, the room is of a good size, and there are a separate living room and kitchen, both of good sizes. It comes furnished and as we are renting through Goadsby, any problems get sorted officially through them! One of the housemates, the Nurse, is on placement, so is staying there at the moment.
