An unfurnished double bedroom with own (not ensuite) bathroom in a 1st floor, 2 bed Georgian flat in Carlton Crescent, Central Southampton. The room has a large fitted wardrobe and book shelves in an alcove, and looks out onto quiet parking area.

The flat is light and airy and also has a large sitting room, small study and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Rent is £450pcm, plus bills which will be divided equally between two.

The housemate:
24 year old professional male, working at the University.

Looking for:
Someone of similar age, civilised and domesticated. Anyone also working for the university, or a student would be very welcome. Students will however only be considered if they are prepared to pay their share of the council tax (and the council should give some reduction). The room is for one person (and occasional guests). For 6 months minimum, ideally a year.
