Two Doublebed Rooms Available in Mayfield Road

I am going to study 2008/2009 MBA in the University of Southampton. I am looking for two housemates.

Location: 63, Mayfield Road (10 mins to Highfield campus; 8 to 12 mins to Hartley Library) in the quiet area.

Living room: table + settee and two sofas, dining room table + 4 chairs, television, fridge, telephone

Kitchen: fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, 11 cupboards, 3 drawers, washing machine, tumble dryer

Downstairs bathroom: bath with a shower nozzle, shower, toilet, basins

Upstairs cloakroom: toilet, basins

Front Garden/Big back garden: plants, flowers, grass

Downstairs Room: double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror
Upstairs Room: double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, shelves.
(90% new furniture set in each bedroom)

Each room is ￡290 pp pcm excluding bill, individual contract signed directly with the landlord. Requirement: clean, not smoke in the house, quiet at night, single. Welcome postgraduate to see the house.
