I have a spare room in a lovely house about 20 mins walk from highfield. Rent is £286 per month excluding bills.

We have a lovely house in Portswood, just behind the Mitre Pub but we are missing a flatmate! The house is beautiful, with 7 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden and parking space! It'c close to uni and the city centre plus it has a bus route going past it. You'd be sharing with 3 guys and 2 girls (2 of them medics). There is a room available on Thackery Road in Portswood (just behind Tennyson) from 01/07/08. It is a lovely house with plenty of space. There will be 3 girls who are going into the 2nd year. The rent is £282.50 per month plus bills. Please email me at kah1v07@soton.ac.uk if you are interested.

Hi

We have a room available on Burgess Road (see post '1 single room available near Highfield'). You could delay moving in until sept 1st and save 2 months rent. Or it is available from 1st July. Rent £250/mth with half rent for july and august.
