There is one room available in a six person house on Tennyson Road in Portswood!

The location is great, right on Portswood High Street, 10 min walk to Avenue campus and 15 min walk to Highfield.  The house is also on the U1 and U6 routes so it's easy to get to town!

The room is a single room, and all other housemates are third years studying a range of biomedical sciences and English and History.  We are very friendly and sociable, we like to go out but also work hard when we need to!

The house has a fairly standard layout with 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath/shower and one with an electric shower), and a recently decorated open-plan living room/kitchen with a new kitchen.

Rent is £55 a week and the room is available now until 1st July 2008!
