One housemate wanted in perfect house!

 Looking for one male to live in:

● Semi-detached house near the top of Broadlands road behind the physics building - 5 minutes walk to Uni.

● Amazingly cheap - £53 a week, £229 a month from July onwards.

● Big room with a double bed, complete with furniture and desk, chair etc.

● Clean and tidy house, 1 of the bathrooms has just been refurbished, brand new massive fridge, new cooker, shed and landing indoors for storage of bikes and a very big garden.

 ● All 4 housemates are really nice, generous and easy to get on with. All will be 3rd years next year. One guy (Engineer), and 3 girls (physiotherapy, history and oceanography)

●  Amazing landlord - sorts any problems out on the day or the next few days. We have never had a problem with him.

 ● There really is no catch with this house! I am moving because I fancy a change to an all-boys house. This really is all you could want plus more.
