We've got a house with two spare rooms for next year if youre still interested?

All rooms have double beds and the kitchen is huge, it has an enormous breakfast bar and joins to the living room which has big comfy sofas and we've got a big tv to boot :)

rent is 335 a month including everything except internet.

We are two male postgrads, looking for 3 housemates (preferably postgrad male/female) to share the house with us.

 

The house is nearby the university (about 5-10 minutes walking distance) at Kitchener road, Portswood. The furnished house with clean condition, 5 bed-rooms with 2 bathroom and toilet. The rent is according to the size of the room (180 ppm to 240 ppm).

 

 

Available from: 1st July, 2008

 

(One year contract)
